点评：Our family member rented a pontoon for a day on the lake. We had a great time until the next morning the owner called our family and said we put a hole in the boat. We did not and would have been happy to pay the $1000 fee if we did. They ended up charging more than the original $1000 stated without being told of the extra cost. They sent “proof” that it wasn’t damaged before but it was a picture that wasn’t even of the spot that was damaged, also the picture was timestamped at 10:55am, almost two hours after we were already on the boat. How could the staff have taken a photo when we were actively on it? When confronted about this the owner said the photo timestamp is wrong. My family member posted a review on here about our experience and the owner proceeded to call her husband and berate him for the review. He then hung up the call. When my family called him back he said he wont give us a refund now because we’re posting reviews about our experience. Very unprofessional. Use caution when renting from them and make sure you document your boat before going out. I have attached a photo of the timestamp (his whole argument for us having done the damage. Their photo on the left is what we were sent and on the right is a photo we took around the same time…while already on the boat.)
