点评:The place and the animals were great, we did not enjoy much since it was raining all day! I was really disappointed with the toy stall near Kay, Sou Sou, and Hannah.
My 7-year-old daughter picked up one of the squishy toys (a banana toy) and squeezed it. The banana part came off, and the seller immediately told me, “Sorry, ma’am, nasira na po niya.” At that moment, it didn’t really make sense to me, but I decided to just pay for it because it was raining, and I was busy getting our jackets out of my bag.
When we got on the bus, I started wondering how my 7-year-old daughter could have possibly “destroyed” the toy that easily. So I checked it, and I was shocked to see that the end of the banana already had an obvious burn mark as if it had been melted or burned so it could stick to the plastic part of the banana. It was very obvious to me that the toy was already damaged before my daughter even touched it.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo because I was so upset that I immediately threw it in the trash. I was even more frustrated knowing that we couldn’t go back to the place anymore.
I regret paying for it without checking the toy first and making sure that my daughter was actually the one who damaged it. Lesson learned. I won’t be buying from or supporting this stall again.
