Tungnath Chandrashila Trek (Via Deoria Tal) Trek Worth Doing — Just Not with Bikat

点评：The trek was absolutely amazing, stunning views and a memorable route Sadly, Bikat Adventures turned out to be the worst part of the experience.
1)Pre and post sales Team- manipulate you about trek ,facility and about itinerary, they make false promise to meet their target or sale package .
once you done the payment -Nitin ,Mukul Sati neither pick up your call nor call back you and became unprofessional and offensive while complaining.
Note- no one pickup your call or reply about your queries-Sourabh, your trek leader or anybody.
2)Homestay- worst. They choose cheap or poor homestay (dirty washroom. broken toilet and tasteless food). Please remember they will show you different pictures of homestays.)
Note- one of members of our team got serious head injury due bad and incomplete infrastructure.
and you will know how bad your homestays, when you see India hike, Thrillophilia ,TTH Homestays
3)Camp site- on this route Camp sites are permanent not movable.
1) Deoriataal camp site - It was very poor ,They will provide you dirty, torn sleeping bags in tents. third class toilet facility specially not for women.

2) Baniyakund camp site- Same as above , poor facility, broken toilet seats. they will charge you for hot water for bathing (but while booking they promise to provide you or included in package but reality is totally different)
4)Trek Leader-(Name-Hardik-good for nothing)-1) he has no knowledge of leadership. And non co-operative behavior. He Dissociate oneself from team Bikat .
2) teach you nothing. In Whole trek he was doing just fearmongering.
I was going to beat him twice, because of Bikat Team and his behavior but could not.
Summary- 1) Do it yourself or book from other company's like Thrillophilia, Searching Soul, India Hikes they are very honest about their package and itinerary.
2) They charge you 3x for 5x WORST service or facility.
