点评:I attended the Yoga Nidra course at Yoganga Healing in March 2026 and left feeling rejuvenated. It was an amazing experience overall.
Yoga Nidra is such a deep healing practice — it was really eye-opening. Our teacher Sunil, with his own approach, helped guide us inward toward self-healing. His calm voice would put me into deep sleep almost instantly every time. Toward the end of the course I actually had to set a strong intention to stay conscious during the sessions! But awake or asleep, I’m sure the body and mind still receive the benefits. I definitely felt lighter and enjoyed the sense of space it created inside.
The 10 days went by so quickly. By the end, none of us really wanted to leave.
The course is very well rounded. We had morning asana classes that were alignment-focused, learned different pranayama techniques, experienced beautiful sound healing sessions, chakra meditation, and a lot of heartfelt chanting.
All the teachers were authentic, warm, lighthearted, and very supportive. The small group size made it easy to connect with the teachers and with the other students.
The school is also in a super convenient location — anything you might need is just a short walk away.
I honestly only have good things to say about this course and my experience there. I would highly recommend it and would love to come back for other courses in the future.
