点评：By a long shot the worst experience I have had in a guitar shop. Dropped in a lates 80s Les Paul for some electronic work, due to tone pots not responding. Was quoted £30 and got told I’d get a call if it was to come to more.
One week later I get a message saying another £154.50 is due and three pots had been replaced. Shocked by the price I went straight to the shop. The original Les Paul’s knobs had been broken, backplate cracked, neck pick up hanging out with one screw in, control grounding plate removed, re wired differently (not a great job), random screws put back into backplate/ jack plate and the cherry on the cake, the bridge pick up tone control was still not working.
The shop staff phoned the manager (who priced the repair) and I got told he didn’t have the time to talk to me. Honestly, avoid! Disgusting behaviour. I got the work reversed and am now £64.50 down (my original £30 plus pots £34.50) with a damaged guitar with gutted electronics. Disgusting behaviour!
