点评:This is about Bcycle's customer service. I just had a terrible experience. Others I have spoken to in the past were fine, but not this guy. I have an annual pass that normally is very easy to use. Lately though, the app wasn't recognizing me and was asking me to log in and purchase a pass. I called about this and this customer service rep talked over me. I kept trying to explain, but he was more interested in telling me a solution that I kept trying to say was not working. I asked to speak to another representative. He said, "I cannot speak to that". I said, "Do you have a boss I can talk to?" He said again, "I can't speak to that". I said, "You don't know who your boss is?" The conversation went nowhere and I am still frustrated with the same problem. Does anyone know someone I can speak to besides this guy?
