Amazing Expedition with WildEye to Congo's Odzala NP

点评：WildEye did it again. The team - our amazingly patient, helpful and learned guide Andrew along with the excellent logistics team of Judy and Tanya - made our custom expedition of Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Republic of the Congo absolutely stellar. Wanting to get out of my comfort zone and experience something beyond vehicle-based safaris, the objectives were to: track Western Lowland Gorillas, sit in streams to photograph forest buffalo, traverse bais to experience critically-endangered forest elephants on foot, kayak through a jungle river, and walk in waist-deep water boulevards created by elephants. In an area visited by fewer than 300 people per year, I wondered how far out of my comfort zone this experience would be. Andrew prepared us well for what was an immersive experience. The office team had our backs through some tricky travels. The local guides, trackers and Andrew ensured we were safe and comfortable so we could be present in every activity to absorb the life-changing privilege of a front row seat to Odzala's wildlife and environment.. There aren't enough superlatives to describe what and how WildEye delivered.
