点评：We experienced a deeply traumatizing situation with Ionion Pelagos on July 27th at the 18:00 ferry from Pessada to Zakynthos. We are a family with 5 children and 2 dogs. We had bought our tickets in good faith that exact morning. However, upon boarding, the Second Officer suddenly started complaining that our camper was too big.We tried to calmly explain that we had done nothing wrong and that the tickets were issued by their own office, but the staff immediately escalated the situation by screaming at us. I speak some Greek and tried my best to calm down the situation and explain what happened, but the shouting continued.To resolve the issue, my husband then offered to pay for the extra space. At that exact moment, another staff member stepped in and out of nowhere started screaming and cursing at us at the top of his lungs. When I confronted him about this aggressive behavior in front of our terrified children, he made a highly offensive, xenophobic remark, shouting: 'We are not in Albania or Romania here!' I told him we are Dutch and that my husband is autistic, and that he was severely panicked by two large men screaming at him.We spent the entire ferry crossing in absolute terror, barely daring to move or let our children make a sound. The impact on our children was devastating. Once on board, our 6-year-old daughter asked us in tears out of pure fear if they were going to push her papa off the boat. That night, the children were too traumatized to sleep. This was by far the most hostile, terrifying, and shameful experience we have ever had in Greece
