Unlimited Expeditions - The Soul Of Tanzania的点评
点评：It was our first time on a Kenyan, Tanzanian safari and we decided to do a whole circular route covering several national parks. Our tour executive was Erika. We felt a lot of attention to detail was missing. Simple things like information on the driver who was supposed to pick us up at the next stop was not provided many a times unless we asked. Confusion on meals when committed by agent on itinerary but safari driver not being instructed by the agency.
Having dealt with several agents in various countries as we are avid travelers and have been to over 50 countries this is what we frankly felt.
On the upside, we did spot a lot of animals on all our safaris and that was the highlight of our trip, all thanks to Bonny on the Kenyan side and James on the Tanzanian side. Both were extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and eager to spot animals for us. They made our trip worthwhile!
