点评:Green Motion scammed me again by claiming I damaged the Car I hired. But the bad tempered woman who was supposed to check the car on return refused to look at the car while I was present even though I told her I had a plane to catch.
Within an Hour GREENMOTION emailed me saying that there were scratches on the car and that I would have to Pay. They then refused to send me a photo that I requested (they did send me a photo of a different car and a photo of the reg number of the car I had actually rented) which should have shown a picture of the damage and the reg number in the same picture as they simply could not do so. I then requested that they let me have the car professionally inspected and they again refused and then proceeded to charge my credit card an amount of €586.06. So I have instigated legal action. This is the second time that Greenmotion have tried the same scam and while they refunded me when I threatened legal action, this time they are brazening their fraudelent scam out. So my advice is please do not go near Greenmotion or Rentalcars or book a car through the Ryanair website as the car was booked through them via the Ryanair website.
