点评:About ten years ago, I wrote a scathing review of Gilroy Gardens after I visited the park with my wife, daughter, and her two young children. I was shocked that they would be "out of" things like milk, in a park specifically aimed at youngsters. Last night we went again for North Pole Night, with the now-older grandchildren and two more that were born since that earlier visit. Nothing has changed. My daughter and I each ordered coffee. After taking our order and money, when our number was called they told us they didn't have any more 16oz cups. After questioning, they said they had 12oz cups, and we said okay, after having paid the outrageous price for it. We went over to the stand - no cream. We asked, they were out of cream (four hours before closing!). The staff member offered to add milk from their espresso machine. We said fine, and she did. I then walked away with my coffee, took a sip - it was lukewarm at best. After all that and with the family with me, I just took it and went to our table. But they can't even be bothered to keep the coffee hot! Shameful. Oh, and two rides broke down while we were there, one of which broke down a second time after being restarted. It's definitely a pleasant place for the children, but it's a lot of money for an organization that obviously has no interest in customer service.
