Amazing Staff, Great family day out!
TeamSport Indoor Go Karting South London Mitcham的点评
点评：We had such an amazing experience today at TeamSport Mitcham, and I can’t thank the staff enough. From the moment we arrived at 1.35PM every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Their customer service was truly outstanding.
It was my youngest son’s first time karting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable, understood all the safety instructions, and knew exactly what he was doing before getting on the track. They were just as supportive and encouraging with my oldest son, making sure they both felt confident and had the best possible experience. The whole team created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and we all had an incredible time. It was a complete 360 from the awful experience we had at Crawley a few months ago, and it reminded us just how enjoyable karting should be when you have staff who genuinely care about their customers. The company should be incredibly proud of the team at Mitcham. They are a real credit to TeamSport, and thanks to them, we’ll definitely be returning and booking my son’s 9th birthday there too. Thank you all for making it such a memorable day for me and my boys! One thing really stood out to me as a parent, after the safety briefing the lady doing it asked my children questions about the video we watched to make sure they really understood and knew what they was doing, this didn’t happen at Crawley and my son was flagged off on his first time round, so thank you for keeping my boys safe and giving them the best day!
