Estancia La Peninsula的点评
点评：Estancia La Península was the highlight of our trip to Patagonia! The day began with a beautiful enclosed boat ride across the Last Hope Fjord, surrounded by stunning scenery, before arriving at the estancia. We were warmly welcomed with local coffee, fresh juice, tea, homemade sopapillas, and jams, a perfect start to the day.
Our horseback ride through the Patagonian hills was incredible, taking us to sweeping viewpoints across their property. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch of lamb slow-cooked in the traditional Patagonian style over an open fire. We also watched a fascinating sheep-shearing demonstration and had some free time to explore the grounds before the boat ride back to town.
Throughout the day, we spotted red foxes, hares, horses, highland cows, sheep, and even the working sheepdogs in action.
The entire team was wonderful-warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing their culture and way of life. This experience felt deeply authentic and personal, offering a true glimpse into Patagonian ranch traditions.
We can’t recommend Estancia La Península highly enough, it was the most memorable day of our trip!
