点评：TRUST was of the utmost importance to us when booking a holiday from Australia with an overseas company. After careful research, we chose Darshana Tours to arrange our 12-day tour for our family of four adults and it was one of the best decisions we made.
Before booking, I spent a great deal of time researching hotels, activities and sights, and then worked closely with Darshana Tours to bring everything together. They were exceptional in accommodating my schedule and offering thoughtful recommendations along the way. Their communication was outstanding, always prompt, clear and reassuring, which gave us complete confidence from the very beginning.
Throughout our journey, we were delighted by some beautiful and unexpected experiences, such as the village tours and the farmer’s lunch. One particularly fun and memorable moment was playing cricket with the local children in the village. Personal highlights for me included the market visit and cooking class, climbing both Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock Fortress and visiting the Elephant Transit Home.
Our holiday was truly enhanced by our wonderful tour guide, Suneth. He was incredibly thoughtful and shared the rich history of each site with such passion and knowledge. His understanding of local wildlife, birds, trees, herbs, and fruits added another special layer to our experience. Suneth took exceptional care of us at all times and made us feel safe and comfortable on the roads and throughout the journey. He was able to take us to places for lunch which were due to his personal local knowledge.
It’s impossible to single out the best part of our holiday, because it was all genuinely amazing. We are forever grateful for the professionalism, care and friendship we received. We wholeheartedly recommend Darshana Tours and especially Suneth, to anyone considering a truly unforgettable experience.
