点评:I am extremely disappointed with this falconry provider’s handling of our booking.
They continue to accept bookings despite current DAERA restrictions, which make it impossible for them to actually deliver the experience as advertised. We only found out after the fact that the service could not go ahead due to these restrictions a few days before the date!
What’s even more frustrating is their refusal to issue a refund. Instead, they are only offering to reschedule — even though the inability to provide the service is entirely outside the customer’s control. Customers should not be expected to carry the burden of regulatory restrictions that the business is fully aware of.
If a company knows it cannot legally or practically provide a service, it should not be taking payments for it! At the very least, it should offer a full refund without resistance.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this business!
