点评：Really poor experience. No safety guidelines given before entering the water on the kayak. 7 of us, only one had used a kayak before, we were rushed into them and on the water and then it was just chaos. The website says calm and peaceful, we should have known that would not be the case as we had to wear helmets. It was basically white water rafting on kayaks and none of us had a clue how to navigate the currents/dips/rapids. One of us went down a mini waterfall type thing and ended up going into the water with the kayak on them. The current was so strong she couldn’t get free and if it hadn’t been for another member of our group leaving his kayak to go help her I dread to think what would have happened as when he managed to get over and get the kayak off her she was struggling to breathe and had taken in lots of water. The guide was in his kayak and didn’t seem that bothered as he didn’t try to help at all. 2 broken toes, a cracked nail and lost shoes. When we got back, I simply asked why no safety guidelines had been given, all of a sudden she couldn’t speak English. Through another worker she said we were lying and had been briefed on what to expect and what to do. I am beyond livid at their attitude and lack of care. No apology was given till much later on and then tried to bribe us with free experiences which we obviously declined. Avoid.
