点评：Our group of five senior women hired Roberto Alabiso for 4 days —covering Palermo, Agrigento, Piazza Armerina, and Ragusa/Noto/Modica. We were fortunate and happy we found him on TripAdvisor!
On advise from a TripAdvisor user, we booked our November 2025 trip way back in February and were glad we did. Roberto was super responsive throughout the entire time. He helped me coordinate our itinerary and even suggested smarter, more efficient ways to structure our days, which made everything run so smoothly.
We commend Roberto’s dedication to our comfort. One member of our group has mobility issues. Roberto didn't just drive; he arranged for and secured an electric wheelchair rental for her, and then faithfully loaded and unloaded it into the van everyday. She also brought a walker with her and which a screw came off and was lost, Roberto somehow managed to fix the walker! He goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Roberto's English is perfect, and he is genuinely knowledgeable about all the sites and areas we visited. He also gave me a list of reliable drivers and guides for our next leg of the journey in Catania.
Roberto made our trip in Palermo through Ragusa Ibla stress-free and comfortable. I highly recommend!
