It is genuinely hard to say anything negative about our stay at Anantara Salalah.
We visited with our two young children and stayed in one of the villas. It was, without doubt, the most memorable family holiday we’ve had. The resort is in a beautiful location with outstanding facilities, including the spa, farm, kids’ club and stunning pools. Our villa was spotless, spacious, well-equipped and exceptionally comfortable.
The service throughout the resort was simply outstanding. Every member of staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Leo for the warm welcome and for looking after us throughout our visit. We would also like to thank Kazuri and Zonayec for the excellent room service. We also would like to thank Adnan, Marina, Ahmed, Mohammed, Adil, and Selim for their kindness and professionalism.
Our dinner at Mekong was fantastic, thank you, Nang and team, for making it such a memorable experience. Breakfast each morning offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Dilan, Raja, and the entire team at Sakalan restaurant for starting each day with such warmth and hospitality.
If you are planning to explore Salalah and its surrounding attractions, I would highly recommend renting a car. It’s best to arrange this independently, and if possible, choose a Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Patrol, or a similar 4WD, especially if you intend to visit some of the more scenic mountain and off-road locations.
