Lovely Pub, unfortunately bad customer service experience

点评：Have been in the railway many times always have had a nice experience, that was until Saturday. I was met by an unbelievably rude young woman behind the bar. It was 5 o’clock, I was with my cousin who is underage and was not drinking alcohol . We stopped in for one drink while we waited for our train to come. The girl straight off the bat was rude. She asked for our ID, I gave mine but said he was only going to have a mineral. She was not happy and demanded that he can’t be there. We were also told that we can’t just ‘go out and smoke’ if we’re not drinking or buying anything. At no point did we intend to smoke and we gave no indication of doing so, the whole interaction was actually bizarre and other customers even commented on her rudeness. It’s an awful shame because it is a lovely pub and usually the workers are friendly and welcoming. This experience was extremely off putting and there was absolutely no justification for the attitude of the young woman.
