点评：Hi;) We recently celebrated our son’s 7th birthday at Explora, and honestly, the entire experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning of our journey, the staff were absolutely incredible. Every single request was accommodated with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
A very special thank you to Emerson, who was coordinating everything behind the scenes from the very beginning. Every email was answered promptly, professionally, and with so much patience and support. Emerson made the whole planning process smooth, easy, and stress-free, and I truly felt supported every step of the way.
On the day of the party, Roxanne, Claudine, Lorraine, Natalie, Adiel, and Jeremy were absolutely amazing. Roxanne was especially wonderful throughout the celebration — constantly checking on me, speaking with me during the party, and making sure everything was going perfectly. Her care, attention, and professionalism truly made me feel calm and supported during the entire event.
Adiel also deserves an extra special mention for taking such wonderful care of all the food arrangements. She made sure everything was warm, fresh, delicious, and perfectly organised throughout the party, which made such a difference for all our guests.
The entire team was extremely patient, highly professional, attentive, and wonderful with both the children and the adults. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about making the day special for our family.
Thank you all again for creating such beautiful memories for our family. We will remember this day for a very long time and highly recommend Explora to anyone looking to organise a truly exceptional children’s party in Malta.
