点评：The staff, the forrest location, the restauration of the castle, the bistro kitchen, service and tastfull interiors were excellent! We booked a garden balcony suite of 90m2. Downstairs it had a large living room of 30m2 with an enourmous table for 8 persons, a 10 m2 kitchenette and large doors to let cool air in. Unfortunately the upstairs with bedrooms and a bathroom of only 3m2 ( three) were not what should be expected. Night temp. went to 14° but the bedrooms remained extremely hot at 30 ° because the windows were too small and too low to let the hot air out. We do not choose a suite of 90 square meters to find a miniature bathroom with on one side a roof wall so that it was only 120cm high. There was no accomodation for coat hangers, just a small cabinet with 4 drawers. The architect who designed these garden suites waisted so many space but clearly forgot the essentials. We could not sleep because of the heat even while the night was cool. The website and communications in Dutch contained so many mistakes that it was embarassing in 2026. This hotel has everything to become one of the most beautiful in Belgium. It is attractive but when clients do not receive to basics of comfort they will not return and will not promote the location. We returned home for a decent night of sleep. Such a shame really…
翻译：员工、森林环绕的地理位置、城堡的修缮、小酒馆的厨房、服务以及雅致的室内装潢都非常棒！我们预订了一间90平方米的带花园阳台的套房。楼下有一个30平方米的大客厅，里面摆放着一张可容纳8人的大餐桌，还有一个10平方米的小厨房，以及可以引入凉爽空气的大门。可惜的是，楼上的卧室和浴室只有3平方米（共三间），却远低于预期。夜间气温降至14摄氏度，但卧室里却闷热难耐，高达30摄氏度，因为窗户太小太低，根本无法排出热气。我们选择90平方米的套房，可不是为了找到一个只有120厘米高、一侧墙面就是屋顶的迷你浴室。浴室里没有衣架，只有一个带四个抽屉的小柜子。设计这些花园套房的建筑师浪费了这么多空间，却显然忽略了最基本的设施。虽然夜晚凉爽，但因为天气太热，我们根本睡不着。酒店的网站和荷兰语宣传材料错误百出，在2026年还出现这种错误实在令人尴尬。这家酒店本来具备成为比利时最美酒店之一的所有条件。它的确很吸引人，但如果连最基本的舒适都无法满足客人，他们就不会再次光顾，也不会向别人推荐这个地方。我们只好回家好好睡了一觉。真是太可惜了……
