点评：We have been going to the thanksgiving long weekend break for over 20+years with family.
The last 10years we do the festival of trees as a family tradition with the kids.
Today we were traveling in underground train and they called saying we had won a tree.
Due to no reception I missed 1st call.
As we were getting off the train they had just called again and I called back immediately no answer.
I call again and he answers and says sorry we moved on to the next person.
Thats so messed up.
I literally explained i was in a train with no reception and literally just called back but he could care less. Said try again next year, we have been for last 10yrs.
I want to say your the real grinch for having a stupid policy of 1 hour and then you move on as I literally explained and called back right after your 2nd call as I just got reception.
Thanks for ruining our family tradition as we will never attend settlers green festival of trees and your dumb ways of running this.
This tree was ours we won it and you awarded it to someone else literally 2mins after i called back.
