NOT RECOMMENDED - False reflection, very bad accommodation

点评：False advertising looks nothing like on the internet.
The open shower is a problem cause after showering the whole bathroom was full of water on the floor. No lights in the shower/toilet area, thus did not feel comfortable to use for safety and cleanliness. 40ml each shower gel & body lotion for 2 people, no soap available at all. Bad quality single ply toilet paper. No air refresher or privacy.
There isn't a single carpet in the room or bathroom
Bed lamp was not working
Standing fan could not be used as it falls over when switched on
TV hanging skew, too scared to touch.
Room smelled mouldy. Mouldy ceiling
The pool with no pool chairs was not in condition to be used.
No aircon or fridge in the room
No couch or chairs inside the rooms so everything you do you are forced to use the bed.
No area to sit outside (only 2 plastic chairs) and no privacy as ALL rooms go out on the small piece of grass with no ashtrays for smokers.
On request no information was supplied relating to the breakfast time, arrangements, etc. Went to have breakfast in the morning to find not a soul around (7:15) not even open. We would expect to have some form of communication or some form of service.
Although menu of the Shed in the room, the facility was not available, nor could they provide the breakfast as advertised. I didn't have the breakfast (included in the room fee) as we could hardly wait to leave this hell hole.
This was the worst place I've ever stayed at and will NEVER go back. The room was substandard and the irony of it all is that it was called a LUXURY DELUXE QUEEN ROOM.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Refreshments (only 2 teas, milk and Ricoffy for 2 people)
Although the spa is also not a true reflection of the pictures, the therapists were good and enjoyed the treatments. Bubbly was hot on a very hot day

外面没有可以坐的地方（只有两把塑料椅子），而且没有隐私，因为所有房间都通向那一小块草坪，吸烟者连烟灰缸都没有。
询问早餐时间、安排等信息时，酒店没有提供。早上7:15去吃早餐，发现一个人都没有，餐厅甚至还没开门。我们至少希望得到一些沟通或服务。
虽然房间里有Shed餐厅的菜单，但餐厅不开放，也无法提供广告宣传的早餐。我没吃早餐（包含在房费里），因为我们迫不及待地想离开这个鬼地方。
这是我住过的最糟糕的地方，我永远不会再来了。房间很差劲，讽刺的是，它居然叫“豪华大床房”。
不推荐任何人来这里。
茶点（只有两杯茶、牛奶和两杯咖啡）
虽然水疗中心也和图片不符，但理疗师技术不错，我很享受护理过程。在炎热的夏天，香槟是热的。
