点评：We went to the 6:30 pm Christmas Candlelight Tour on 12/12/2025. Upon entering check in at a separate building, one of us went to a man at the desk and asked if this was where you check in. His reply - NAME and nothing else. No mention that they were serving hot chocolate and hot toddies, nor have a seat with the rest of the 23 attendees. I felt like I had just entered a funeral parlor due to the atmosphere created by the volunteers. A guide took us to the hall and we were advised to be careful on the icy steps which you could barely see them as there was no outside lighting. We entered a large dark entry room with only a few candles burning. You could barely see the furnishing and it was so cold that you could see your own breath. You were taken to approximately 6 rooms all on the same floor and all had minimal candle lighting. The furnishings might have been lovely but your vision was limited by the darkness and you could not make out details due to the lack of adequate lighting. When we left the building, the guide who had a flashlight did not even shine it on the icy steps so we would not fall when we left the building. The entire visit was bittersweet and it did not fully deliver any holiday warmth. Save yourselves the $28.52 - tax included for each adult attending.
