点评:Absolutely disappointing. It all started with my greeting when I entered the area where the tours would be held. I expected someone would have a handheld scanner to read the barcode. Nope. It was some grumpy guy behind a window who snapped at me " I have to read the ticket." That resolved, I asked to use the restroom and was told I had to go back outside and walk down several doors to the cafe where I had to be "wanded" by security. The bathroom was a single. Upon returning a greeter invited me to have a seat on the steps near where the tour group was gathering. No chairs, just steps. The tour itself took about an hour. A lot of talking about Andrew Carnegie, blah blah blah. I could easily have read a wiki about Carnegie Hall. I had expected a backstage tour, something I would never see by attending an event. Save your money, Google the history of Carnegie Hall and that's the tour you would have had.
