点评：We visited Vetreria Estevan Rossetto during a family trip to Venice in February 2026 through their partnership with Hotel Ai Cavalieri, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly. We had the opportunity to watch a master glass artist create a magnificent horse in real time while the process and finer points of Murano glassmaking were explained to us. It was fascinating to see the level of artistry, precision, and tradition involved in each piece.
Our guide, Alessandro, was especially wonderful — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. We were visiting with our 3-year-old son, and Alessandro made sure he felt included as well, even giving him coloring activities while we explored the showroom and discussed the different pieces available for purchase.
We ultimately purchased a beautiful custom engraved pitcher and glass set that we absolutely loved. A few weeks after returning home, we unfortunately noticed a crack in the pitcher. We contacted the workshop with photos, and they responded with professionalism, generosity, and genuine care. They replaced the pitcher free of charge, and the new one is absolutely stunning — the engraving is even clearer and more elegant than before.
What impressed us most was not only the beauty and craftsmanship of the glass itself, but also the integrity of the people behind it. Exceptional artistry paired with exceptional customer service is rare, and we are incredibly grateful for the way they handled everything.
