点评:This has to be the most crowded place in Hiroshima though it was raining the whole day when we were there.
We took the JR train from Hiroshima station which took about 30 minutes and then a short walk to the ferry terminal. The ferry ride took about 10 minutes. You can also take the 45 minutes ferry from the Peace Park but we were told you need to book a day in advance.
The main places of interest are located on the right side from the ferry terminal. Just follow the crowd and you will not get lost.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. One of the food to try is oysters which are breed in the cages off the water of Miyajima. You can see the cages from the ferry.
Be careful of the deers which roam around the place. Just be warn that they are wild and you cannot feed them unlike in Nara.
A lot of walking is involved especially if you want to see the temples/shrines.
Overall a good place to spend a day there. You may also stay over as there hotels on the island.
Its also a recommened place to dee the sakura in Hiroshima.
