点评：The guy i spoke to for a trip from Puno to Chivay and Arequipa seemed very well organised at first. The first part of the trip was good actually. Nice stops and comfortable van. But the disaster iwas from Colca to Arquipa. He pooled us in with a day tour from Arequipa without notifying me. The 'lunch at your expense' was basically an obligatory buffet lunch for 45 soles. And we had no other choice but to eat there. I think we should have been told beforehand of this price. If you simply say lunch not included it's self explanatory that I can choose where to have lunch. On the way to Areuqipa we made the same stops as day one. Obviously ...as it was not a tour organised by the same company. And the van comfort was that of a collectivo. I feel ive been really ripped off. They gave me back 10 usd deposit and apologised. I find it quite absurd.
