点评：We visited the brewery on a beautiful Saturday in October (leaf peeping season). We knew it would be crowded and we were right. We did not make advance reservations, which we should have. We arrived early before they opened. Fortunately, you can be seated at the bar without reservations and still order from the regular restaurant menu. Hubby & I each ordered the Dunkel dark lager. We ordered one pretzel. The menu lists the order as TWO pretzels, but you can order just one if you want. They offer a beer cheese dip with it for an extra charge, but I didn’t get that. Instead I ordered a bowl of the Cheddar Lager Soup. The pretzel was very good and the soup was delicious! Hubby ordered a very generous entree: Bratwurst, knackwurst, bauernwurst & pork belly, which also came with kraut & mashed potatoes, braised cabbage & a tomato salad. That one entree was definitely enough for both of us! Everything was delicious! Sitting at the bar was fine! We had nice conversations with other diners and the bar tender was very attentive in spite of how busy the place was. If you have more than two people, I would strongly recommend making a reservation so that you can all sit together at a table. They have outdoor seating as well in a nice “beer garden.”
翻译：我们在十月一个天气晴朗的周六去了那家酿酒厂（正是赏秋叶的好时节）。我们知道那里会很拥挤，事实也确实如此。我们本应该提前预订的，可惜没有这么做。我们在酒厂开门前就到了。幸运的是，即便没有预订，也可以在吧台就座并点用餐厅的常规菜单上的菜品。我和丈夫各自点了一杯深色拉格啤酒。我们还点了一个椒盐卷饼。菜单上标注的是两份椒盐卷饼，不过如果愿意，也可以只点一份。他们提供一种啤酒奶酪蘸酱，需要额外付费才能享用，但我没有点。我点的是一碗切达啤酒汤。椒盐脆饼非常美味，汤也好喝极了！我丈夫点了一份分量很足的主菜：德国小香肠、纳克香肠、农夫香肠以及猪肚，配菜有酸菜、土豆泥、炖卷心菜和番茄沙拉。这一份主菜绝对够我们两个人吃了！所有食物都美味可口！坐在吧台边用餐也挺不错的！我们与其他食客聊得很愉快，尽管店里人头攒动，调酒师依然服务周到。如果人数超过两位，我强烈建议提前预订，这样大家就能围坐在同一张桌旁了。店里还有一个布置宜人的“啤酒花园”，提供户外用餐区。
