A museum’s visit that needs attention
贝鲁特国家博物馆的点评
点评：Unfortunately your first contact to enter the museum is a negative one.
The lady at the entrance does not communicate in English , and no one else does when you enter. I would have forgiven the lack of communication if the people were smiling or welcoming.
On top of it, in a country where the US dollar is commonly used they don’t take it from you at the entrance of the museum and there is a guy who does the exchange for you. How bizarre!
The museum was full of more than hundred students who were really loud and no staff was available to quiet them down.
Unfortunately the entrance and the level of noise does ruin the experience!
We were interested to visit the new Nouhad Al saiid pavilion! Nobody told us about it and we found it since we were interested in the coffee shop.
We were surprised to know that we needed to pay an extra $5 for that.
The fees are not the problem! The problem is that they should inform the visitors about their choices and their fees when they visit .

我们惊讶地发现，参观展馆竟然需要额外支付5美元。
费用本身不是问题！问题在于，他们应该在游客参观时就告知他们有哪些选择以及需要支付哪些费用。
