ACTING NICE when you are buying tickets, BEING RUDE when you ask them other questions.

点评:Everything's fine but Keisei-Ueno station has the rudest staffs I have ever met in my many Japan trips. WORST English proficiency didn't mean you, staffs at Keisei-ueno station, can act disrespectfully to customers.
ACTING NICE when you are buying tickets, BEING RUDE when you ask them other questions.
I was trying to explain my situation about the wrong changes I have received to the leftmost ticket counter's staff, he is around 50-60 years old. He listened attentively, but when I finished speaking, he immediately scolded me , saying " NO!!NO!!" in an EXTREMELY rude way and waved me away.
I was very upset because I was not being unreasonable.
I asked the remaining counters, none of them were willing to help me and kept waving me away. Especially the middle one, which is a young boy aged around 20-30 with bangs. He rolled his eyes and waved me away when he heard me speak English.
These three male staffs are disrespectful, impolite and have the worst manners. i
