点评:We are extremely upset by the customer service. We have been sitting waiting for our booking @9.am for 3 hours to fly out. We were told constantly to wait sitting right in front of the reception. Every 30 mins we check with the receptions only to be told we are on standby and that a personnel will come to weight us and give us a wristband. We waited with our two little kids, 30 mins pass and noone came. We check again and told us to wait. While we watch other people constantly pass going on the helicopter. We checked in again after 1hour waiting again only to be told someone will get to us. Our patience was really running low, as two hours has passed our original flight booking time. No notification what is happening and only to be told it's due to weather but we seeing others are passing us to go on their flights. My kids were getting agitated from waiting and I wanted to cry. The reception keeps pushing us from one person to another telling us different reasons. We fully paid for our flights and understand the weather delay.
After waiting more than 3hours they now tell us we can't fly out the route we booked for, while all the others people has already gone on their flight. After more than 3hours, we just can't handle it anymore and cancel our booking for a refund. This is the worst experience and customer service we have endure and experience.
All they could say is sorry and nothing else.
