点评：One of the highlights of our trip, this is a place of exceptional beauty that delves into an important chapter of Quebec’s history. A waterfall was discovered here, one higher than Niagra and then came the vision to use the power of water to drive a pulp and paper mill. A whole village was built to house workers and their families. One stays in one of the houses which are perfectly done up to modern standards. The site alone is fascinating and includes film shows and in-costume reenactmenta. The waterfall is impressive and one can get very close to it. A cable car takes you to the top.theres a souvenir shop with ice creams and snacks. There’s is also a gastro restaurant that’s worth going to. Altogether a 5 star rating
