Walk into another time and try their craft whiskeys and bourbons

点评：This was our first craft distillery on our trip and we were not disappointed. We are so thankful that the distillery was able to open in time for our trip after suffering such destructive flooding.
We did the guided tasting with distiller and owner Dave Meier. It was a fun experience learning about the whiskeys, the history, and just some great conversation. In the end, we bought a bottle of their OCD #5 Bourbon and Hamilton Smoke, a specialty spirit using the OCD#5 grain bill with sugar and peated smoked barley.
This is a don't miss visit for amazing bourbon made in such small batches we will never see it for sale at home in Michigan. And that's what we came for. Something we can't buy anywhere.
