The Spa at The Sanderling的点评
点评：I am a resident of Duck and have enjoyed massages at the Sanderling for a few years now. I try to go monthly. Viviana is amazing! Whether it's deep tissue or a regular massage, you know her stuff. I would highly, highly recommend her. 5 stars for her.
However, my problem is with management. As I said I try to go monthly. But on my most recent trip, I was the victim of sticker shock. After my service I prepared to pay and was informed that my massage cost 150% more than the previous month. Imagine you are ready to pay say $200 and are told it's $300. Apparently, fees were raised. And I get that. Expenses rise. But in conjunction with that the local resident discount was discontinued simultaneously. Why was I not informed of this the month prior? If it was management's goal to eliminate locals taking a time slot, mission accomplished. I honestly think my jaw hit the floor. 1 star for them.
The Spa now has one more time slot available, as they can have mine!
