点评:Maybe the Coke store was just having on off day, but when we visited on Tuesday the 19th, the line to purchase the flavours around the world, well let’s just say we could of travelled around the world, be back, and still be waiting in line to be served.
Wife finally had to ask for a manager to know why customers were having to wait so long and why it was acceptable?
My wife does restructuring of companies and its people and knew exactly what should of been done, she made a recommendation, it was followed for all of ten minutes maybe and the manager was back down stairs talking to staff at a till, not even knowing what was going on in the rest of the store.
People lining up give you money for a product, and the staff nor manager could care less. Watched lots of customers leaving the line due to how pathetically slow it was.
Wife explained to me what they could do to help things along, but unfortunately that dreaded, oh well we are short staffed is always the excuse that’s used nowadays. Staff definitely didn’t look like they wanted to even wanted to be there.
We tested our drinks and left, couldn’t even be bothered to look at any of the merchandise, the long wait put us off to want to stay any longer then we wanted to.
