Extremely dangerous ride, don’t book if you value your safety

点评：The contact at the beginning was very good, but the ride itself from Coa Bang to Cat Ba was extremely dangerous and unprofessional
We booked a ride with Good Morning Cat Ba, and it was the most terrifying trip we’ve ever had. The driver was reckless, overtaking on blind corners, forcing others off the road, almost caused a severe accident with a motorcycle, and was even smoking inside the van. The driver stopped in the middle of the high way to carry over another passenger to another van, literally when cars were passing by 100+ km/h. He also stopped to pickup random passengers paying in cash, which probably explains the constant rushing. The only positive thing is that he was in time, but don’t ask how…
We contacted Good Morning Cat Ba afterwards hoping for a proper response, but they didn’t take our concerns seriously at all. They only offered some discounts for a next trip, telling that it was the fault of another company Cao Bang Travel that they hired for us (we didn’t book them so Good Morning Cat Ba should take responsibility for this), but this was far beyond safe so if you value your own safety, look for another company. They don’t take it seriously. We’re honestly just lucky we made it to our destination. Just don’t do it!
