点评：We booked a planned two-tank “Shark Adventure” dive, but instead of diving in a scenic ocean location, we ended up in a nasty algae-infested boat canal around the corner from their dive shop. Visibility was pretty much zero, and the water was murky green. Despite the fine weather, they didn’t inform us about the change in plans until we stopped in the canal.
The owner, Nick, heard us express our disappointment and responded with a dismissive, “What are you all crying about?” So, we had paid $1,000 for four of us, and we didn’t even use a full tank. It would have been nice if they had informed us upfront of the changes or even offered us a discount prior to the dive.
At the end, when I was paying for the dive, Karen asked how the diving was, and I told her we were obviously very disappointed. She replied, “Scuba is about breathing underwater, and it doesn’t matter where you go.” 🤬🤬
Their unprofessionalism and disregard were appalling. They were nothing but scammers and con artists. We will never go back there.
I don’t usually write many reviews, but I felt compelled to help others avoid falling victim to their scams and robbing them of their hard earned money and deserved vacation memories. Do yourself a favor and do your research and go somewhere else!
