点评：Swimming with Dolphins under CW Azores supervision was the reason why we prepared a family trip 8 months in advance before coming to Pico.
We chose CW Azores because of their scientific background and their reputation for love and care for the marine life. We selected them after studying many companies around the world.
Our expectations of Swimming with Dolphins with CW Azores were exceeded.
Thanks to our guide Marco, skipper Cesar and the whole client service team, we are leaving with unforgettable life-time memories.
Hundreds of dolphins were around us during this 3-hour trip (end July). Each of the 6 clients on the boat had a chance to experience the magic of swimming with dolphins at least once (me), and others even more times.
Highly professional, experienced and attentive Marco listened to and adapted the experience for me, so that I was reassured enough to go to water. From “I am not going in water” (because I was recovering from bronchitis and was afraid to be too cold and get sick again, and also because I was afraid to be clumsy when dropping into water and scaring off all dolphins) I switched to “I want more!” I did swim with dolphins and it was an incredible and very moving experience. Tim, who came here to fulfill his dream since he was a child to swim with dolphins, was completely moved by this experience and had tears of gratitude in his eyes.
All 6 of us had a blast, even the two elderly people (over 70 years old) have been comfortable and very happy to go through this experience.
None of this would have been possible without the Customer Service/ Front office team whose communication with me during a few months of preparation was very clear, efficient and very friendly.
It is our first experience with marine life watching and we are extremely happy that we chose the right team!

And big thank you for helping to preserve the magical sea creatures.

若没有客服及前台团队的帮助，这一切根本不可能实现。在几个月的准备过程中，他们与我的沟通清晰高效，态度也极为友善。
这是我们第一次体验海洋生物观赏，我们非常庆幸自己选择了这支优秀的团队！
