Île d’Orléans Wine Tasting & Pizza Stop Vignoble Ste-Pétronille
Vignoble Ste-Petronille的点评
点评：There are around six wineries on the Île d’Orléans island, plus Smith Coffee Boutique and a lovely chocolate shop that even sells Jellycat collaborations. It’s only a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec.
We arrived right around noon and picked Vignoble Ste-Pétronille, a winery with a wonderful farm-to-table restaurant. Their outdoor patio is super cozy overlooking the vineyards. The highlight was definitely their authentic wood-fired Neapolitan thin-crust pizza — crispy crust and absolutely delicious.
Nice Highlights
1. Family-run since 1988 by the Denault family. They grow grapes organically and hand-harvest most crops, mainly producing white wines.
2. They have unique whiskey barrel-aged wine. Self-service wine dispenser tasting is available and affordable, and group tasting flights are also offered.
3. Food is served quickly on the patio with great value for money. Must try the pizza, amazing!
Lying back on bean bags breathing in fresh vineyard air with wine aroma all around, surrounded by lush green scenery away from crowds, it’s such a peaceful vibe.
Things to note & downsides
Don’t set overly high expectations for the wines here. Most staff mainly speak French, so English communication can be tricky. There are no official winery tours, and barely any detailed introduction to their wines or vineyard history. Honestly, most of their wines taste quite young with weak layered flavors, not that impressive overall.

不要对这里的葡萄酒抱有过高的期望。大多数员工主要讲法语，所以英语沟通可能会比较困难。这里没有官方的酒庄参观，也几乎没有关于葡萄酒或葡萄园历史的详细介绍。说实话，他们的大部分葡萄酒尝起来都比较年轻，层次感不强，整体来说并不令人印象深刻。
很容易找到：寻找那栋小小的绿色房子。
