Stellar service for a trip of a lifetime!
My Costa Rica的点评
点评：My Costa Rica did an unbelievable job planning and coordinating our 12 day trip. From the very beginning stages Jason was patient, knowledgeable and listened to our wants to create a custom trip to fit our budget. I was very picky with the vision for our once in a lifetime family vacation, and Jason did all he could to bring it to a reality for us.
Any apprehension I had with dealing with MyCostaRica being a “free service” melted away when Maureen greeted us upon landing to ensure we were set out correctly for our trip.
Kathleen, our concierge, was there every step of the way, from preparing us of what to pack to answering questions while we were there, we felt very supported. The response turn around of the team was just moments from me posting my questions.
The transportation, accommodations, and tours were top notch, extremely professional, and very safe. Our family was never left wanting or wishing for something different or better.
I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of making the journey to this beautiful country.
