My Costa Rica的点评
点评：From start to finish My Costa Rica was an unbelievable travel coordinator. Planning a trip to Costa Rica with a family of five was a daunting task, but I’m glad I found them. From the beginning, my travel coordinator Jason listened to my families goals and time frame and helped me create a trip of a lifetime. We spent a lot of time working out the best schedule and he made perfect recommendations based on my budget and his knowledge of the areas. Made the guessing and planning a breeze giving us a ton of confidence that everything would be what we expected.
Then we went on the trip and this is where My Costa Rica was even better than the planning! Between Kathleen constantly being able to answer my silly questions…and making sure along the way that everything was perfect….it couldn’t have went more smoothly! We literally had no issues and only had the best time at executing our plan.
An example of their service was on our last day, we realized we didn’t want to spend the entire day on a boat as planned, instead a short boat ride and more beach time was what the family wanted…Kathleen and her team made the changes for us on the fly…and we couldn’t have been happier! Everything that we planned was executed to the minute…no delays or concerns. Between the drivers they engaged, the hotels they recommended, and the excursions they sent us on….things honestly couldn’t have went better.
A huge thank you to My Costa Rica- If you are in any doubt with what planners to use for your trip- I am a tough person to make perfectly happy…and My Costa Rica did just that. Truly a 5 star rating if there ever was one.
