Great experience with perfect balance of amazing drinks and an entertaining tour.

点评：I can't write enough about how much I loved this place. Did the hour long tour with Jeff and the experience was fantastic. Only cost 10 dollars per person. tour was between an hour and 90 minutes long. The tour included a tasting at the end.
Honestly was a great way to learn about the area's history, food and culture and you can taste it in the product.
The restaurant was closed when we finished our tour, but smelled delicious and everyone who was dining seemed to love it. Aside from that, they partner with local farms and suppliers in the food they serve and ingredients they use.
The most important part-the spirits they make are really delicious! So many microbreweries and distilleries are all flash and no substance. I would happily drink the whiskey we had here over the normal stuff I buy.
I hope to return and take part in the longer experience they host on some sundays where you can pay to do a more in depth tour and make a custom bottle. This was the best part of my trip to Pittsburgh and I can't wait to go back!
