A1 Wildwater Rafting的点评
点评：Before we got there, I started to second guess myself that we should’ve chosen a company that was along the Colorado River, so glad we didn’t!
The meeting place is bare bones, nothing other than souvenirs tees, caps and a few refreshments on the inside and several picnic tables in the meeting area. But we came to go rafting, not spend time at a petting zoo.
After an entertaining Southwest Airlines version on the do’s and don’ts of rafting followed by cute, joke filled and previous experience 25 minute van ride to the launch site, we disembarked.
I was expecting disappointing experience bc the water level at this time of year is usually low. I was expecting nothing much more exciting than a six person tube float.
But OH HELL NO! The first leg of our journey was worth the price of admission for my second time, 9 and 11 yo rafters. But the second leg, which included a couple “level 4 “ segments was addictive. We also stopped along the way to cool off by jumping off a huge rock and observe and or compete in a “gladiator battle”!
I must say though, the guides are the difference makers. Mike was ours. Experienced, informative, and a confidence builder for my 9 yo daughter, another rafter who was a bit nervous as was her first time rafting partner, but he was too cool to let it show😉.
Mike and the other guides, especially Molly? Megan? (I can’t remember but she was a sweetheart💕) they interacted like family. No question it was genuine.
Of course we ended up getting the pic at the conclusion and regret we didn’t get the hats or tees, but I had a couple dehydrated, hangry rafters that needed attention. Wish I knew we could bring along small snacks and drinks/water on the van but I probably didn’t read the directions correctly.
GO! You won’t regret it!

我本来以为这次漂流体验会很失望，因为每年这个时候的水位通常都很低。我本来以为除了六人座的管状漂流之外，就没什么刺激的了。
但是，我的天哪，我可没料到！对于我这个9岁和11岁，第二次漂流的人来说，第一段旅程值回票价。但第二段旅程，包括几个“4级”的漂流路段，真的让人欲罢不能。我们还中途停下来，从一块巨石上跳下来，一边观景，一边体验“角斗士之战”！
不过，不得不说，导游才是关键。我们的导游是迈克。他经验丰富，知识渊博，还帮我9岁的女儿建立了自信。她也是漂流爱好者，和她第一次漂流的伙伴一样有点紧张，但他非常冷静，丝毫没有表现出来😉。
迈克和其他导游，尤其是莫莉？梅根？（我记不清是谁了，但她人特别好💕），他们就像家人一样互动。毫无疑问，他们非常真诚。
当然，我们最后还是拍了照片，后悔没带帽子或T恤，不过我有几个脱水、饥饿的漂流者需要照顾。真希望我知道我们可以带一些零食和饮料/水上车，但我可能没看清楚指示。
出发！你不会后悔的！
