点评：Hello Bigfork Anglers Fly Shop,
My husband and I booked a fly fishing trip with your shop. On the night of the trip, I received an urgent call at midnight from the Emergency Room informing me that my father had suffered a cardiac arrest.
We immediately contacted your owner to explain that we had a serious family emergency and that we would not be able to proceed with the trip. The following morning, I took the earliest available flight to be by my father’s side. My father passed away shortly thereafter.
Despite this, we later discovered that you will still charge us in full. This is deeply disheartening and appears unkind given the circumstances.
I am requesting that you **reverse the charge in full** or otherwise provide an appropriate resolution.
This is such an unkind gesture on your end.
