Great views, but crowded and not worth the price

点评：Recently did the 360 Chicago experience and had a mostly great, but slightly mixed, visit. We went on a late Sunday night after reserving tickets online for $35 each. Heads up that pricing is dynamic. I noticed standard tickets were listed at $29 at one point, and prices increase as time slots fill, which already feels steep tor a single visit.
When we arrived, we learned that admission was free for locals that week, which made the space especially crowded. Thankfully, the entry lines were manageable and the elevator ride to the 94th floor was impressively fast. Be prepared for some ear pressure on the way up.
Once at the top, the views were undeniably beautiful. You can circle the entire floor and take in all four directions of the city, spotting landmarks like Navy Pier and Willis Tower, though visibility depends on weather and time of night.
The main challenge was the crowd. While there are plenty of areas to take photos, the heavy volume of visitors meant lots of fingerprints and smudges on the glass, which made it difficult to capture clean shots. I also felt there could have been more staff oversight to maintain a comfortable environment, especially given how many employees were present.
Overall, it is an iconic Chicago experience worth doing once for the views, but given the price and crowds, it is not something I would personally repeat.
