Don't buy tickets from trip advisor...

点评：This experience cost me over $100.00 that I didn't have. I was in Chicago on business, my daughter and granddaughter came to visit. We decided to go to Willis tower at the last minute. We heard tickets were cheaper through trip advisor so typed in Willis tower and purchased the tickets for $105.00 for 3 tickets. They were purchased when we were inside of the building. When we purchased them at 6pm for a 6:30 time slot. When we checked in we were told that they were not for Willis tower but for something called 360 (I still don't know what that even is) I went right back on line to cancel them but was told they had to be cancelled 24 hours in advance, which was impossible since they were only purchased 30 min prior. So I paid another $130 to go to
The real Willis tower...a very expensive evening. I contacted my bank but was told I would need to get a refund from Trip Advisor, but I have no clue how to do that. The funny thing is, 2 people who work there told us that the same thing happens often, one said almost daily...so trip advisor is making money off people like me...my advice is to purchase them from the box office in the building...shame on trip advisor for ripping innocent folks off!
