So rude and disrespectful

点评：First impressions were very good. Instructions for "last call" 15 minutes before close were clearly given by the kind lady who checked us in around 7pm. Us 3 ladies 41, 38, 36, were having a ball. Very nice pools. Clean and well maintained. Lots of people in the pools but not overcrowded. Everybody had lots of space to spread out.
Here's the turn...Out of literally nowhere we hear a man yelling VERY LOUDLY and aggressively "Get out of the pool!" No joke, everybody looked at each other and was wondering who he was and who he was yelling at. Assuming maybe someone's grandpa who was fed up with kids that weren't listening or something. It was made very clear about 2 seconds later. This guy yells even louder for "Everyone get out of the pool now!" No emergency, just being a total jerk.
First of all, we were told the kind lady would come out at 7:45 for first call. At 2nd call is when we need to go. We never got a first or second call. Just this random guy screaming at a pool full of confused adults.
It was incredibly off putting and ruined our experience. We were having a ball, knowing we had maybe 50 minutes and were totally fine with that. Fully prepared for first call and ready to get out.
Other patrons were just as confused as we were. All of us talking amongst ourselves about how uncalled for and rude this was.
We were already planning our next trip there before getting screamed at.
We will never come back here.

首先，我们被告知那位好心的女士会在7点45分发出第一次通知，第二次通知后我们就得离开。但我们既没收到第一次通知，也没收到第二次通知。就是有个陌生人对着一群茫然不知所措的成年人大喊大叫。
这真的非常令人反感，彻底破坏了我们的体验。我们原本玩得开心极了，也知道大概只剩下50分钟可玩了，但我们完全能接受。我们已经做好准备迎接最后提醒，随时准备离开。
其他顾客也和我们一样一头雾水。我们都在互相议论这种行为是多么不合时宜且粗鲁无礼。
其实在被吼之前，我们已经在计划下次再去那里玩了。
今后我们再也不会来了。对待那些遵守规则、耐心等待却始终等不到通知的顾客，这种做法简直令人作呕。
绝对不要去那里。
