Mediocre installations and (some) extraordinarily rude staff

点评：The most insultingly mediocre ski resort in the world. Do yourself a favor and read this before going. Don't think you'll get what you paid for because you won't, in fact you'll hardly get anything for your money. Barely any snow, so many muddy puddles, and a rather careless staff. Your experience will start with a "no refunds!" sign and end with mud an entitled 4'2 brown woman screaming at you and calling"security" for taking a rest indoors while carrying some equipment. To be fair the guys that give out equipment are cool, but almost everyone else ranged from unprofessional to useless, annoying so. Particularly this one diminutive woman who was not only screaming at everyone including us, but also SLAMMED a door behind an innocent spanish-speaking woman because she didn't understand her frustrated commands to "close it!!". Seriously. I was trying to get past the sh*tty installations and have a good time, but that completely ruined the trip for me. It's incredible how miserable some people are. I also saw a girl crying for help because her legs hurt after a fall and no one did anything, I tried getting help but got dismissed. Thankfully she was ok, but had it been a real emergency, no one would've done anything. Also the bathrooms were disgusting. Stay away from this place if you have any ounce of self respect.
