Brazos Bend State Park的点评
点评：Pros: the park was beautiful and green with many lush trees. It was exciting to ride bikes on the well-maintained trails and look for alligators. The RV spaces were extremely well maintained and clean and level. What really topped it off was the nature center in the park as well as having an observatory that one can visit, (must purchase a ticket first). It was very humid and rained a lot when we went, but that was to be expected, and it was balanced out by beautiful sunny days. I saw regular Ranger patrols in the park during my week long stay.
Cons: my RV is 12 feet high and many of the trees overhanging the roads were too low and needed to be trimmed back. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner but clean bathrooms come and go. I also noticed that whoever inspects the fire extinguishers puts his initials on the tag, but fails to provide the date of the inspection. The park has a very nice headquarters store and everyone was extremely friendly. This is now one of my favorite parks in Texas.
